Do You Have Your Designation Card?
      If you have lost or never received your Kentucky Master Logger Designation Card you will need to obtain a replacement card. Contact the Kentucky Master Logger Office with your reguest. Provide the office with:

  • first and last name
  • address
  • phone number
  • approximate date and location of master logger program you attended
This information will be checked with program records before your new card is issued.
