REGISTRATION

You register for a program by sending a registration form and check to the Kentucky Master Logger office. Information on the amount and mailing information is on the registration form. The registration fee for the 3-day program is $85.00. Check the Schedule for upcoming locations. Click here for a printable online KML Registration Form. The Kentucky Master Logger office will send you confirmation of your registration. Register as soon as possible. Many classes have a limited number of participants. If you are registering within 2 weeks of a class contact the KML office.

Or, you can print a full graphics version of the current Kentucky Master Logger Registration Brochure by clicking on the picture of the brochure. The brochure contains information on program locations and dates, what occurs during each of the three days of training and a registration form. Schedule

Schedule for KML 3 Day Programs
     
The table at the bottom of this page shows the schedule for the 2007 programs.Scroll down to view current program locations, dates, and number registered.

      The Kentucky Master Logger program is held from 9am to 5pm, one to two days a week for two consecutive weeks. To successfully complete the Kentucky Master Logger program you must fully participate in all phases of the program.
  • Day One:
    laws and regulations, water quality and best management practices (indoors and outdoor activities)
  • Day Two:
    Best management practices (indoor and outdoor activities)
  • Day Three:
    Fatality review, OSHA regulations and chainsaw safety and directional felling (outdoor demonstration possible)
Each program is limited to 50 participants. The table below gives the current pre-registration number.
